Fees & payment
We are self-pay. We do not accept insurance. Doing so would limit our ability to determine the right treatment. For example, the initial consultation may take one hour, much more than the 15 minutes allowed by insurance. Many toxicological tests are not covered by insurance. We can provide a superbill.
Fees depend on scope, urgency, complexity, and, for medicolegal matters, whether a written statement or testimony is requested.
Payment is accepted electronically after the consultation request has been reviewed and accepted.
